Readers will know that my Teacher Free Speech site has frequently posted guest blogs expressing a wide variety of views on the pressing issues facing us as grassroot unionists and progressive educators today. Within the past few weeks I have posted three on teacher contract issues: [OSSTF Deal: Vote No!] [Enough is Enough!] [Corporate Cuts]
If you have something to add that will further our knowledge, understanding and the discussions in our all affiliate open forum "Comments" debates, we need your insights and input now! OECTA and OSSTF members are deciding whether to ratify their tentative contracts! AEFO, ETFO and CUPE are still involved in negotiations!
Speak Out: Don't let this be you!
Is it game over for the teacher strikes? Should we vote yes or no for the tentative deals? And then, what next? Or, is there another issue we are over looking? Maybe you already have something out on the internet that we can post here?
All submissions should be sent in a simple, straight forward word file that I can easily copy and paste here on my site. Nothing fancy! Special indentation and formatting does not post well. Photos work great, even ones of charts, however Excel and power point presentations do not. Pictures, spacing and highlights? I can take care of that.
Fear not! It isn't as complicated as it sounds! Plus this site is fast approaching 750,000 hits, sometimes easily 1000 to 2000 or more a day. You will be well read, here in Ontario, across Canada, the US, UK etc. There's a whole world of educators watching! There is no time like now to speak out and be heard! Send all submissions to me:

PS: As you know I am regularly searching the net for lost copies of official teacher documents being shared with everybody but those of us at the grassroots who really matter. It's an endless and often, though not always, hopeless task. Should you find any please also forward a copy or link to me at the above email address too!

You will get more traffic if you set up a redirect from kulturekultink.com to www.kulturekultink.com as your site doesn't work unless you type in the www right now.
The tentative agreement is being kept a secret because the teacher unions are ashamed to let the teachers see what a lousy "deal" they got. Surprise, surprise! Same people "bargaining" as in the 2012 MOU contract strip= more strips from what was left in the contract!
Yes. The Code of Silence is not your friend!
